Purchased a wetsuit and the zip broke the first time it was tried on out of store. Unused, it was returned with the receipt only one week after purchase and they refuse to provide a refund. They claim that it is not their policy to provide a refund for faulty goods. Not sure this is legal. Try to keep my spending of money local, but if local business treats you like this then I am not going to do this any more. The owner will be horrified when he finds out I am sure.
