        Had to buy a new system after the last one died after only 6 years of use and Stiebel Eltron werent interested in fixing it. Unfortunately theres very little choice in 3 phase hot water so well see how long this one lasts.

        We selected the DEL27 PLUS for our new build. Its a really quiet, efficient unit and adequately services a four bedroom home. The unit was able to be installed anywhere in the home as it does not emit any heat which is a massive bonus compared to instant gas units. The after care service was exceptional as well. We had a minor issue with a circuit having tripped in the unit when it was commissioned and they had someone here to rectify the issue the same day. All covered under the warranty. Highly recommend!!
