        Service was done well car felt great after the service was done. Only problem was they didn't put my engine cover back on properly and it fell off and was floating through the engine bay when I went to check the oil level after the I got home. Over all was a good experience

        Knowledgable, attentive staff without being pushy. We knew what we wanted and they obliged. Finance was easy. 5 days from viewing to collection. Would buy there again.

        Booked car for service Told that it was in the so called express lane and car would be ready for pick up 1.30pm. Decided to wait. 1.30pm came and went and so did 2pm. Walked to the counter and customer service asked if she could help . I explained that my car was to be ready at 1.30pm and it is now after 2pm. She told me they were waiting for the paperwork to come through and that I should wait in the lounge . She sounded snide and short. It is now 2.45pm and nothing. Customer service more interested in who is going to the shop for food and if they like certain mechanic. Subaru Customer service for mechanical has vastly declined since joining with Hyundai. Actual mechanical servicing always great.
