Llewellyn Toyota Service Center

Firstly, always a issue getting through on phone, either transfer to disconnected phone number or your hung up on while on call waiting. Secondly less than a year old car had 20k service completed and immediately after service there is steering vibration at speeds of and above 100km/h. After being told to wait 10 days for booking they balanced and tried stinging for me for a wheel alignment. Said it was road tested. Vibration is still there no change. Do not recommend there services. I would of put zero stars but unfortunately they get 1 Service: Oil change

Omg they are the best seriously they look after my whole family, currently drive Haval 2022, I have the Lux, I love it, the service centre is fantastic, I had trouble with my carplay Penny fixed in 1minute, all my friends but cars from here I have bought 8cars from them with all my nursing friends more than 30 cars , love penny she is the best Services: Brakes, Tires, Transmission, Wheel alignment, Battery, Air conditioning, Exhaust, Transmission repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair

Poor Service, Tried reaching them out over phone only to hear that the concern executive is busy, organized the call back but no one actually called. Called back after 2 hours waiting and the executive said the tyre replacement cannot be done as their supplier need at least 3 hours time. Also reluctant to give information of the equivalent tyre, when she realized I am willing to get it done from outside. Stated making excuses that she is very busy and looking after several customers. I would definitely think of moving out my both car's services from Llewellyn. Service: Tires
