        My now deceased father asked for a pump to be taken away and looked at around about a year ago. My Dad emailed GT and Electrical and Data towards the end of 2015, he got no reply. My dad died of cancer in February so I emailed GT and Electrical and Data about a month after his death, explained that my dad had died and inquired about the pump, I got no reply. Fast forward to today Sepetember 2016), I called up spoke to the man (he sounds like he had a Pommie midlands accent so that should have sent alarm bells ringing straight away). He was extremely rude and just replied "The pump was stuffed so I threw it away". Unbelievably bad, uncaring and unethical customer service. Avoid.
