Wonderful girls very helpful but the area is so small you could hear every loud conversation. The girls while on the phone had to cover one ear from the other operators and clients laughing and joking. Very happy atmosphere but they need a bigger shop or more screened area's Great service though

Very friendly and competent staff made it a plesent exciting experience booking in a Holiday again. I have never had a disappointing or bad experience booking with the friendly staff at flight center.

Absolutely no care or follow up for our trip with 30+ people...still waiting for the correct invoices to be sent....not a good advertisement for Flight Centre.

I have been using flight Centre for travel bookings for the last twenty years and have had no problems until dealing with the Bribie island staff. Unfortunately due to COVID l had to cancel a cruise and a flight, and while the staff were pleasant and helpful making the bookings there was a change in their attitude when it came to cancellations and refunds etc. One staff member made me feel like l was wasting her time and deliberately gave me mis information about my flight refund concerning the time frame and way it could be used, and another staff member did the same with the cruise cancellation. When l queried the cruise refund details via email on the 11th of Nov she still hadn't replied with an answer for over six weeks, telling me she was still waiting for a response from P&O. The saving grace of their department was a staff member named Jenny. She corrected the refund details for the flight and rebooked another for me as well as sorting out the cruise refund details in less than 20 minutes by calling P&O then and there and requesting a cash refund, when the other staff member had told me that wasn't possible. Jenny was genuinely helpful and empathetic to my situation and made a couple of staff there look very ordinary. She restored my faith in flight Centre and l suggest anyone looking to use flight Centre Bribie island to ask forJenny. She honestly deserves a payrise and other staff there could learn a lot from her concerning attitude and effort with cancellations and refunds. Keep up the good work Jenny, and thank you for sorting out everything so quickly and professionally. You're a five star employee but unfortunately l can only rate three stars on here due to some of the other staff you work with. It would have been no stars before your help.
