BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE. Misleading sales person and Dodgy tradesmen. I now have holes in the ceiling, solar panels installed in the wrong spot and a system that won't perform as I was told. Management won't even visit site or call me to discuss. Horrible experience. Their reply to this review is a lie. I would never blackmail anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

It's definitely the right business... i contacted Gary Higgins about batteries he couldnt be stuffed replying back to emails.. even when i resent the request. so yeah its the right business.

On Friday 18 November 2022, we had our Solar System Installation carried out by HALCOL ENERGY( Bokarina Sunshine Coast ) We used SolarQuotes initially to learn about solar energy systems. After doing a lot of reading on the local Solar companies, we chose 3 to obtain quotes from. We appreciated the valuable time of each company & we put our faith in HALCOL ENERGY. We were impressed with their business integrity, their knowledge, their installations records ( both residential & commercial ) & their trust in their recommended products & materials. Thanks go out to Wai in the office, Nathan in sales, Sam in Design & very importantly, to their qualified, very professional & capable installers. On our install day, we were extremely impressed with the installers, Brodie B & Brodie. They introduced themselves & immediately we felt at ease. They took the time to explain what they were going to do during the install process & consulted with us about the positioning of the panels & the placement of the inverter, as per the planned, best suited design. By keeping us, the customer, in the loop, we believe it is a key standout factor in any business. This was all spoken about even before they got on the roof. They were extremely thorough with their measurements on the roof, for panel placement and all this was done with utmost care & diligence. Their patience, attention to detail & their experience, delivered us a truly amazing exceptional job. Brodie B & Brodie, have excellent customer service skills & they delivered extremely high quality workmanship. Well done to both of them and we know they will keep up the great work. Since our install, we have received all written correspondence regarding everything we need to know. We have no hesitation in highly recommending HALCOL ENERGY & their wonderful staff.
