I would highly recommend the Building Approval Company. Rodney and Dianne were incredibly helpful in answering a very left-field question about another building certifier. This company have two offices in Cairns and Townsville and I have dealt with both. Excellent service every time we have used them. Great advice that got the house to compliance without issues - will definitely use them again.
