We engaged Kellie to help us create our dream home on a difficult shaped block. After completing a detailed brief of what we would like, really want and what we needed Kellie created an amazing design that we loved immediately. We have found during the whole process that Kellie goes over and above in every aspect including helping to source products, suppliers etc which was invaluable to us as we don't live on the Sunshine Coast. We cannot express highly enough Kellie's excellent service, professionalism and ability to make us feel very comfortable with the whole process. We presented a building site for our granny flat extension that was both a confined and sloping site. We had some concept ideas which Kellie used to come up with a design which exceeded all our expectations. She not only prepared the plans and managed the approval process, but also sourced a builder and offered a list of suitable suppliers. Despite the challenges facing the building industry at the time, engaging a builder and sourcing materials, Kellie was very proactive in getting our build started. She has been absolute dream to work with, and we would not hesitate to engage her services again. We can't recommend Form Design Co. highly enough!
