        My experience with this service is abhorrent, there front facing staff are extremely rude and unhelpful and there coordinator followed suit. I voiced my opinion to said front facing staff and told her I thought she was rude, following correspondence from the coordinator of this business has said that this behaviour is unacceptable did not ask what happened didn't care that there staff were rude to a patient all I did was inform a staff member that they were being abrupt and rude, I do not trust this business and advise for people to air on the side of caution as medical services should atleast be trustworthy. I am submitting a complaint to the medical governing body and the ACCC.
