    I dont normally post negative reviews but dealing with this business has been the worst customer service experience of my life. After ordering back in Sept 22 and paying a deposit we were advised that they ordered the wrong colour. As we wanted a second door we agreed to accept the door but order a second at a discounted price and paid a second deposit. We agree that Once the second door arrived we would collect both. We then received an email to say that we had underpaid by $40 and would not proceed until we paid. We missed the first email but got another a month later (no courtesy call) which we then paid. Over the next months we followed up on numerous occasions and asked for a return phone call. After the sale was agreed we never received a single return phone call. We got numerous emails from Scott saying he would check and get back to us, a month later an email to say the order had been placed and would let us know when it arrived. Another month later when we followed up again and after 3 unreturned calls they requested us to provide remittance for payment of the deposits which we did. After 2 more unreturned calls we were advised by email that the second door had actually never been ordered but instead the payment was applied against the first allegedly wrong coloured door. If we wanted the second door we needed to pay another deposit. After the frustration of dealing with them we said we no longer wanted to order the second door, could we please come and collect the first door. We got an email to say the door had already been collected. After more unreturned calls I advised by email that we didnt have the door and if we couldnt get it could we have our money refunded. The response was I am investigating after 3 days and no further information I called through and pretended to be someone else so that my call would be taken and was told by Dean as far as his record were concerned the door had come in and it had gone out. He needed to check the shed and investigate further. The next day I got an email the basalt door has been located. It can be collected. No apology, no acknowledgment that the systems should be improved just rude blunt email. Again no decency to call. We collected the this week end of March 23 and when we arrived no one knew where the door was again as took another 15-20 minutes to locate it. Again no senior people bothered to acknowledge the inconvenience. The only person who showed any manners or respect was Tash from admin. In summary, poor systems and processes, no communication, rude and blame the customer. Terrible customer service.

    I had a panel lift sectional door fitted five years ago. Recently had it serviced and asked for two new remotes. Technician tried to code with no success. Rang service Manager as old remotes are hit n miss and extremely unreliable. Was to to try chase it electric motor supplier myself. I believe this poor level of customer service is not acceptable. The sell the product and should stand by it and no how to code. Never use these guys

    I used one of these doors on a commercial project of mine. I had extremely limited head room in the basement and the rep was able to supply me with a custom built design. Very happy and great service.

    Had issue (noisy door) with my door from a new build. Steel line came out, did a service and fixed the noisy door. Very polite, trustworthy, punctual and helpful. Also the young bloke who came out also gave me a few extra pointers to help with the door. Great job.
