Dr isherwoods receptionist, Keryn, is just amazing. So helpful, kind, and caring. Dr ishwood is lovely and very thorough. A good experience for an anxious patient

Would not recommend at all! I cant believe my husband and I wasted money going to see her. We have been trying to conceive for a year now and just wanted to have a few tests done to make sure hormones and the hubby was all good. I paid for a AMH blood test (I believe it tells you what your egg reserves are like) I get my results back and on the bottom of the form there is a statement from the laboratory stating that if you are on preconception pills and the ingredient of biotin in them is greater than >5mg this test will give a false reading. Well Im on >30mg there for my test has been stuffed up. When I called to ask them about it and why she didnt ask me to cease my preconception pill she said you didnt tell me you were on preconception when we had a whole conversation about it the appointment before and I even wrote it on my form. So she has made me to be a liar and my test results are wrong! Im very angry that I have put my trust and paid for such an incompetent fertility specialist to not care and then blame me for her incompetence! I warn you do not go to see this woman she clearly hasnt got her heart in this anymore the whole thing was so rushed and get you in and out as quick as meanwhile you pay an arm and a leg.
