        Whilst Dr Kevin Chiu has been great and thorough, I have found the reception staff rude and condescending. When arriving for my 1pm appt for the covid vaccine, I was told the doctors were still on lunch. Then, while waiting I saw 4 other patients...ALL FOR 1PM APPT, get told to wait. Then 3 other patients were taken in before me.... the receptionist told me that I just need to wait like everyone else. When I asked her for her name she told me it was none of my business.

        I will add my review to Dr Chiu after reading some of the reviews it seems some people have a good rapport with this dr while other find him difficult. we are in the latter category, his bedside manners were terrible, and he was difficult to talk to the list goes on. I do not recommend this dr.
