I have now lived in Beenleigh Qld for the past 3.5 years and every year the staff at Taylor's have been amazing. I went in a week and half to get my eyes checked and they had changed significantly and I needed new multifocal glasses. I recieved a msg yesterday to say my new glasses were in and ready for pickup. Today once again the staff were so friendly very prompt when I walked in and made sure the new glasses fitted perfectly. They also explained that the ones I chose had a 2 year warranty and also covered for scratches so if I accidentally dropped them they would replace the lens for a new lens and this was available once in the warranty. The optomertrist I saw was extremely thorough and picked up a few current issues which I now have been made aware of. At the time if picking out my new frames never did I feel rushed even though I was the last appointment for the day. I would highly recommend taking the time to try this wonderful shop for your new glasses. I will continue to support my locally owned store as I honestly cannot fault them.

I honestly could not fault the staff or service at all! After a trip to the beach left my 12 yr old pretty much vision less, and a kinda blind mermaid very happy, we needed a pair of glasses asap. The beautiful ppl at Taylors eyewear had something sorted in less than 48 hours. Honestly, thank you, you beautiful humans! As soon as my vision starts to go, i'll feel my way right back to you!

Really fantastic customer service! Staff are all super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. I will be telling all of my friends who need glasses to come here :)
