I was involved in an accident where I was not at fault, nothing but broken promises from this company, car payout was originally quoted @ 15k for a payout. They decided they would repair it, 3 months of chasing up done by myself, including them losing my car for two weeks and eventually losing my license plates to find out that it was going to be a write off after all and the payout being 2.5k less than what I was originally told. Do not use this insurance company! I would give it zero stars if I could

Budget will do anything and go to lengths to not payout for insurance owing. Stay away!

Awful in every way. Systematically created more and more requirements to avoid paying a claim and then when we moved they just cancelled our insurance. While business model is a scam.

National disgrace and rip-off company. Monthly insurance quote more than the loan payback amount ever month.
