Will put a great plan and package together to install solar to our home, which was promptly and professionally installed by the team from Airlec, and we've been basking low (often in credit) Ergon bills since! They arrived on time and did a fantastic job, and apart from a roof full of panels, inverter and a green sticker left without a trace! Not even a single piece of wire insulation! Will even stopped by later that that week to inspect their work and help set-up the inverters wi-fi and app. Would recommend.

After my initial consultation on the site with Will from Airlec I was confident that following his recommendations I would get a solar system which would suit my needs best and that the installation would be done by a competent crew. My subsequent experience has proved that I did not misplace my trust. The solar system was installed as agreed and in a timely manner and is performing well. The people involved in the installation were competent, pleasant to deal with and willing to answer any queries related to the project. I would advise anybody to consider Airlec first, if they are thinking about installing a solar system in the Toowoomba region. Their customer service and professionalism was exceptional. We installed a rooftop solar system through Airlec. It was a pleasure dealing with the Will, the owner of the business, who was very forthcoming with all the information we needed before making a decision. In the end, it was his professionalism that convinced us to go ahead, in spite of the fact that they were not the cheapest. Also, Will was able to show us the quality of the products he proposed, compared to some of the quotations we received. The installation went smoothly and Will's team were professional and effective. We have exactly what we wanted, and it is all working beautifully. I'd recommend this company to anyone who's considering a rooftop solar system. Service: Electrical wiring installation

Will, the manager was vary courteous & knowledgable, clearly explaining to us the various solar system options best suited to our living situation, budget & roof configuration. He did not try to upsell - quite the opposite. Our system was expertly installed within 3 weeks of our acceptance of the quote. The 3 installers, including the electrician Rob were also very courteous & efficient, with a very neat & tidy installation. Also, they were direct Airlec employers, not subbies. A big plus to us is the company is local to our area, easily accessible should trouble strike in the future. We would have no trouble recommending Airlec to anyone wishing a pleasant, trouble free & top value solar installation. Jim
