        They wanted to give me $5 for a large google speaker connection device a $100 for a brand new hp laptop worth $890 from jb hi fi in box. What a con job the two workers are straight rude and have no training in treating customers nicely just scamming everyone who walks through the door Moorooka is alot fairer and better cx service.

        I only write reviews when I have really amazing it really bad experiences. In this case it was incredible. The customer service is way above standard and totally exceeded my expectation for my first cashys visit. These guys are incredibly responsive online and in store they cant help you enough. And usually when shops are this helpful they just want a sale but these guys, hand on heart genuinely wanted me to purchase exactly the correct item I was looking for. In this case it was a generator and I couldnt be happier. To top it off 90 days warranty and even if the generator doesnt run everything I want it to, I can return it because they dont want me to but something that isnt right. Unheard of right? Well not here! Thanks so much

        These guys know what they are doing! Wonderful customer service and they will really go the extra mile for you! "Friend" is the only word I can think of when it comes to the lot that work here, and I know so little about them and have never seen them outside of the shop!
