Dr Richard Pepperell Orthodontics

Had the worst experience coming here to this orthodontist. First of all sitting in the chair his hands were shaking over my face and made me quite nervous. The Dr here is very old school and his methods and knowledge are very outdated. Dr Richard Pepperell is a horrible person. Warning to all do not give this rude person your money! Please do your research and go somewhere you will be treated respectfully. My one star for this review is for the lovely assistant who rung me to apologise for the incident that had happened and showed her concern when she had inspected my X-ray. Ill have you know that you didnt even look at my X-rays. Ive since had treatment at a forward thinking orthodontist instead of someone stuck in their ways. If you had cared enough you would have noticed I suffer from TMJ. If you had cared to listen to my boyfriend the one whos paying for my treatments instead of letting your ego blind you, I wouldnt have had an bad experience. If you were as legit as you claim to be, your practice wouldnt be based in what people call The Rundown Embarrassment of the Gold Coast.

Lovely family atmosphere where the individual patient matters more than the $s! Extremely impressed with Dr Pepperells honesty and explanations exploring all options and outcomes. Have several friends who have been extremely happy with results.
