        Agree there is some basic customer service training required at the front counter but the medical staff (most importantly) seem professional and knowledgeable.

        felt compelled to review seeing the reviews here, been coming here for years along with other family and never had an issue. Yes they are a busy office and you are not paying top dollar so its unreasonable to expect silver service. In my dealings with the office staff they have been polite and accommodating, beware though they are busy and popular so expect long lead times. The doctors are great, respectful with good bed side manner and so far couldn't fault them, keep you updated.

        I found this practice to be very professional, and well run. I have had a melanoma in the past, and I have had many, many skin checks. The doctor who checked my skin at this clinic clearly knew his stuff. I will be returning.
