        Buying or selling a house these days. Selling a house today is a lot different to 20 years ago. Today, people are more concerned about litigation.There are more rules and regulations and unfortunately solicitors are more involved than before. Its just the way things are today but it makes the transaction much more stressful. Any errors even a minor spelling mistake becomes an issue. We all feel relieved when the transaction is completes. Given all this , NICK did an excellent job and always kept me up to day with what was going on. He was also always available 24/7 to discuss any issues concerned with the sale of the house. He did an awesome job. THANK YOU Nick and all the best.

        A great experience. Nicholas has sold our two rental properties in the past few months, with both being a great experience for us. Being busy, we asked Nicholas to take control of the sales. He did everything without bothering us, just touching base for essential decisions. He organised the pictures, open homes and more with the agent and tenant without our input at all. It really made the process very easy for us. Plus he negotiated a great price. We would highly recommend Nicholas and his team.
