Stefan and his team at Able were recently contracted by our builder to do the demolition of our old house and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great demolition team. They were all friendly, approachable and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Our block is quite narrow at the front and very close to the neighbours. Stefan took great care in the tight space and had no trouble at all getting the job done safely without distrubing the neighbours, he is a very competent operator. The whole team went above and beyond paying attention to every detail. They have high quality equipment and the job was completed safely, quickly and done to a high standard. Stefan, Danny & the rest of the crew are a great bunch of guys who work hard, are professional and do a great job. He has completed 3 demo's for us now. I could not recommend them more highly. Our last job Able completed last week had a heap of asbestos that Nathaniel & his team did a great job of removing. Danny & his team than took just 2 days from start to finish to clear the site - leaving it very neat & tidy. Top operators

If I could give 10 stars I would, I can not talk more highly of Stefan and the team. From the moment I contacted Stefan to get a quote for our house demo, the entire process was professional, courteous, highly competitive with pricing and transparent. The team did what they said they were going to do when they were going to do it. Such a refreshing and easy experience. If Able built houses I would get them to do that and cut out a bunch load of pain and agony! Highly recommend, fantastic and professional business.
