        Poor customer service and junior optometrist. Dont bother going here for an ophthal examination.

        Went for my Eye checkup and as usual excellent service from the time i walked in. The optometrist was so nice and explained results as we went along with the eye test.

        Went in to have my glasses repaired, staff were friendly, welcoming and very knowledgable. Repairs were completed promptly! Highly recommend :)

        I cannot speak highly enough about Stockland Stacey & Stacey. As a visiting Victorian there were some issues of concern for me ordering prescription glasses, however the staff were brilliant and so obliging addressing all my concerns in a friendly, good humoured and efficient manner. I will definitely return to the store if I return to Townsville in the future.
