        The site manager is meant to live on site, but has leased their house to someone else. Due to that, the behaviour in this place is astounding. Because there is one water metre, it is split between everyone who owns a house. There are children constantly bomb diving in the pool. Due to this, it's up to the home owners to pay to top up the pool, even though no one gets to use to because it is dominated by the same crowd. There has been 2 raids in the same house in 2 months. Multiple letterboxes have been broken into. The CCTV is so inadequate they cannot target the people that are doing wrong. When confronted the site manager makes up multiple excuses. Strongly recommend not looking to move here.
