Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Misleading sales call made it sound so easy. Getting the required paperwork from them so I can start to get my tarrif for solar panels has been a total nightmare. Even getting the initial paperwork through so i could claim my rebate took forever. I have been trying to contact them for over 6 months to get two forms that i need. They never respond, now the phone just rings out or doesn't answer at all. I regret ever dealing with this company. I'm annoyed that I could not give them 0/5 stars. I've recommended to everyone I know to steer well away from this company.

EarhSave visited my home at Glendale and the suggested size of solar system I needed and same was installed by a subcontractor from Gladstone on time with no fuss.. Problem is my power bills are now more a month than I was paying for 3 months prior to having the solar system installed.my most recent bill for one one is $320. As I live on my own 5 days a week and my son is here for 2 nights I am not sure where things have gone wrong- I am pretty conservation with my power, have a gas stove and dont use aircon unless heat is unbearable! I have had no follow up from anyone since system was installed. Would have been so much smarter to have a local supplier and installer!

EarthSave took my deposit in Nov 2018 and have not refunded to me until now, despite following up with numerous phone calls and emails. They always say the person in charge of account is not in the office!!
