The staff at Citiscan are amazing, Teagan was so friendly and helpful when booking an appointment through email and just as lovely in person. The sonographer was very thourough and friendly! He explained the entire process of my ultrasound and didnt rush. Couldnt say a bad thing about this place and will definitely be returning for any future scans, thank you so much citiscan :)

I've had good experience with Citiscan Acacia Ridge in the past and had absolutely no problem with their customer care until a couple of weeks ago. Three weeks ago, I called to get an appointment for some scans. On the day of the appointment, I had an emergency situation so I got my mate to email on my behalf expaining the situation to them. I called the office back as soon as it was practicable and rebooked the appointment for the next day. We all have that single day where nothing seem to be working according to plans and it so happened that I had one of such days so I immediately called the office to let them know I was running late. Teagan the receptionist that I spoke with was so condescending to the point where I had to end the call to stop myself from responding in equal measure. Fast forward to yesterday morning, I called again, wanting to book an appointment for 2pm and she was all nice until she realised i was the same person she had previously delt with. And here was Teagan again giving me her signature dose of condescension. In the end, she told me Citiscan wasn't ready to serve me and that because I missed two appointments in the past, my name has been flagged in their system! She emphatically asked me to go to another provider for my scans. Clearly, all the explanations I gave previously for missing both appointment were irrelevant to Ms Teagan. She told me she would be doing me a favour if she went ahead to book the appointment that I sought. Apparently the paid services CItiscan renders are a FAVOUR to its customers. People like Teagan with unprofessional behaviours shouldn't be the first point of call for any serious business!
