Elizabeth St Medical Centre

Wait times can be quite long at times depending on the Dr, but they are quite knowledgeable and seem to be more thorough than many other places Ive been. I click with some Drs more than others and have found RESULTS coming here. I recommend researching your medical matter so you can help Drs help you, and at Elizabeth St they are open to suggestions and listen to how you really feel. 4 stars only because wait times and admin can sometimes be tedious, otherwise worth the wait for the genuinely helpful care you get.

Extremely condescending and rude receptionist. One time over the phone and next time face to face. All they want to do is bark at and scare patients away. The place itself is very un-inviting and dingy.

I must agree with other reviewers, the reception staff here are absolute useless and so unhelpful. Don't waste your time with Caitlyn she's awful and will ruin your entire day.

Absolutely pathetic time management with regard to SOME doctors!! I was contacted almost three hours later than my appointment time, and there was no apology whatsoever! I called the reception twice to confirm if I was on the list. The receptionist confirmed this, but did not seem to want to listen/did not have time to listen to me explaining to her that we also have commitments, and that management should be made aware of our concerns. Dr. Patel ALWAYS manages to see my husband and me on time ! It is a pity that the other doctors cannot do the same. In addition to Dr. Patel's time management skills, we have received excellent care and treatment from him.
