Drove an hour to collect product. Office staff said speak to the warehouse area staff they will find order. Warehouse staff said they didnt have the order and walked away. Tried to send us home as there was nothing he could do. Went back to the office they tried to blame the company that placed the order. Team member and manager had a argument in front of my partner. In the end they found the order and gave us the product.

Very poor quality product. We installed Titan Vinyl Comfort flooring in 2019. It looked great, but unfortunately after short time we noticed an excessive fading of our floor. I totally understand fading might occur overtime, especially in QLD's harsh conditions, but as the product comes with 15 year warranty, I would not expect this after only approx. 18 months. (window blinds and tinting installed). I have read carefully all warranty documents and there is no mention that fading due to sunlight exposure is excluded from the warranty. They do not accept the warranty claim and explain that "It is commonly understood that all surfaces fade or change colour when exposed to high levels of UV light and such change is never considered as a product fault". We were recommended this product by our builder, but no one considered this might happen and gave us a warning, so maybe we would have chosen a different option.

Total disregard for customer concerns and a useless 25 year "warranty".
