Algester Electrical

Horrible service, I called them to come and look at a light switch that everytime it is turned on, it tripped the main switch, they sent a young guy who came way late but this was to be expected so we were not surprised. Then he asked us to bring our ladder instead of using his own from his van and without any proper checking procedures, he switched the light back on & off and said there was nothing wrong with the light circuitry. He left within 10 minutes later and left our ladder in the middle of our house and sticky tapes ripping off our wall paint marks all over the light switch. Then Algester Electrical sent us a bill for $300 which my partner did not realise and paid. We had to hire another repairer who found that the circuit is water damaged due to flash flooding in the roof and we fixed the roof as well as relocating the wires to a safer location. I tried to dispute with the company and credit card company but unfortunately, I lost but my loss should serve as a warning to others so people should stay away from them if you want proper service.

Pretty poor service your company provides a week and a half to get a response about a quote which I provided all the details for. If you cant even bother doing a simple quote or even bothering to answer emails or email me back in a timely manner says alot how management runs the company. Will never use or recommend your company going forward. I contacted another local company who managed to email me a quote in 1 hour
