Excellent service from Nathan & Hayden. It was late on a Friday afternoon and you would have thought it to be Monday morning, Great people skills and knowledge. Fixed our pressure cleaner on the spot . Jeremy was also very helpful on the phone this morning. Thank you all.

Best service here, the lady even helped wipe my car down and put a coin in for me to finish up my vacuuming! Only had a bit left and it had run out. Super friendly and did a great clean! Thanks guys :) will definitely be back again

The Karcher Center in Brisbane North closed down and I was having issues with my K5 pressure washer. Because there was no mobile service team on the Northside, they were kind enough to collect it and take it down, and then send it back via a courier. The center manager Hayden Boyle personally took an interest in my machine and really went the extra mile. Honouring my warranty, and replacing parts that needed replacing with no questions asked, and then testing the machine. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and care about the customer.
