Very disappointed. They keep my own frame for half year and still no response until now. I have been there for 5 times and they give me the same excuse that they could not contact to the lab. I dont know what action did they do or whether they attempted to help me to take my frame back. They even dont know where my frame is. Waiting for half year is ridiculous. I just want to get my frame back and come to other optical store but they just tell me to head out of the store and I will keep waiting. They even could not give me a certain time to come back. That is so hopeless.
