        I would like to say a huge thankyou to Noni. She went above and beyond to help us today. We purchased a Hard drive over the phone and she even delivered it to our hotel so we had it when we arrived late tonight. Noni you are a superstar. Thanks Deb & Warren

        Fantastic service, fast turnaround. Very knowledgeable staff who will go out of their way to make sure your problem is resolved. Even when we got home 300km away and our computer had a hissy fit with one of my games they were able to remote access into our computer to help without hesitation. In the end I had to take the computer and game in to get sorted and they were more than willing to help with no additional charge. Staff even carried our very heavy PC to the car for me. Highly recommend. The best service we have received anywhere in the Alice.
