The quality and workmanship in the Display Home? the choices and flexibility to meet my requirements? the high quality standard Finishes and Specifications? the quick build time? the friendly, hassle free interaction between builder and client? the finished product to our satisfaction? would I use this builder again / would I recommend Tropical Lifestyle Homes? Well, here I go, from the moment I visited the 'Tropical Lifestyle Homes' display home, I was sold on the attention to detail, shown to the workmanship and the quality items fitted in the house as standard features! The finished product certainly came up to my expectations, (or better in some items) and to my satisfaction, ahead of schedule! Would I recommend 'Tropical Lifestyle Homes' as a builder of choice? Yes, yes and yes again!

We built with Tropical lifestyle homes and could not have been happier. After speaking with a handful of builders we were so over whelmed, I walked in to tropical and met Jimmy and he just made all my worries go away, you will not get fluffy sale pitches from tropical , they get their business from word of mouth but trust me you will get a great home and experience. tropical have been in the building industry for a long time and they know how to build a quality home, they have quality trades working for them, my home was built from start to finish in 14 weeks over the wet season, throughout the build Jimmy would ring me to tweak things that he thought could be done a better way, like all builds there were a couple of things I wanted fixed and never did I hear a complaint or an excuse just straight in to do it. Would I build with them again ... Definitley top of my list .
