Bradley Did a great job replacing the rear suspension on my sons Ranger at first trying to repair then going out of his way to track down and pick up and fit replacement leaf springs Bradley is very obliging and easy to deal with. Brad and his team were great. We are travelling around Australia and needed a service and a fuel leak repaired. We called 3 mechanics before hand of which none could fit us in until a weeks time. Brad got us in the very next day, repaired and serviced our car at a price we were very happy with and even hooked up a charger to our 2nd battery so our fridge wouldnt defrost in the back of the ute while he was doing work on it. Had our Renault Master serviced here a few weeks ago. Got us in with little wait and hassle, and friendly enough over phone. It is also hard to find people to even service our van, so that was appreciated. However, wouldn't provide a quote. When I showed up a day later, he didn't even know I was booked in and didn't want to tell me how much it'd roughly be. I insisted, and he eventually took 2 mins to sort it out, and I considered it to be more than reasonable. I asked them to do a service, and have a look at the tyres as I had been having some weird noises and shaking while driving. Implying it might benefit from a tyre rotation before we did a big drive south. Picked up without owner there, and worker wasn't aware what had been done. So I paid and was told I'd receive a call within hour. No call, I had to call up next day to hear about service and ask for invoice for tax purposes. They didn't even look at condition of tyres like asked, and wouldn't send an invoice. I followed up 6-7 times over the fortnight to get an invoice, and I never really got any notes on anything about the vehicle from the service. And wasn't able to book in for rotation either. Good mechanic I'm sure, if you have the time available to be stuffed around.
