Signed up for 12 month membership & got charged twice!! on the first direct debit which includes account keeping fee. I now feel it was a mistake to give my bank details to them. Im also not very confident this will be rectified without significant rigmarole. And perhaps they will continue to double charge who knows??

Poor customer service side and RUTHLESS heartless just seeking your money. I would never go here again I am glad to never have to deal with them again. The facilities themself is nothing wrong. But these customer service teams have no heart no understanding and just are out to bleed you dry for your money. I would NEVER use them again they lie, they dont care about the patrons. To add to an already sour post, if you want to put your Account on hold while youre not using it, also cost money, if you want to cancel also costs money. These people are just out to make their money and thats it.

I revoke my 5* The staff you have to deal with over the phone or via email. I dont know how you still have customer service jobs. But you should never be around people. Poor poor people skills, never listen to the customers, dont care when they try to explain to you, dont care about your circumstances and never live to their word. Its false words. I would NEVER recommend this purely because of the staffs you have to deal with.
