These are the first Doctors I've been to with excellent customer service and that know what they're talking about, in a long time.

Booked weeks in advance for a 10am appointment. I was there early and waited patiently. At 20 past ten I asked when my procedure would begin to be told the nurse was In a meeting and I would have to wait longer. So why would they book an appointment for 10am if the nurse doing the procedure had another booking? The time of patients is as valuable as that of staff at the surgery.

Would rate it. a -1 if I could Called me an hour before my appointment saying my doctor couldnt see patients for 4 weeks I then asked if I could add her to my mums appointment (they have done this before) as all I needed was a medical certificate they told me no I would have to see another doctor I explained I am not comfortable with a male doctor as its for my infant daughter and she just kept telling me she can only see a male, horrible service, horrible booking system why let me book with a doctor if they arent available

I really appreciate the online booking service, I work away from Palmerston , so allows me to schedule and not to take time off work for in urgent matters. My go to Doctors are DR Luin Myo and Associate Professor DR Chris Harmden, pending availability. Both are exceptionally thorough Doctors. I have really appreciated them both for the medical support and guidance. I always recommend the Palmerston GP clinic in particular, both these Doctors. Thank you all for proving such a great service.
