Fannie Bay Medical Centre

5 min consultation doctor wasnt very knowledgeable at all and just printed me out a medication to take. The worst $86 dollars Ive ever spent for my health. Dont go here.

Was in Darwin for a week and had to do some blood tests. Went to Fannie Bay Medical Centre for it, the doctor didn't really listen to my worries and quickly sent me to get my blood taken next door. This was in early November and to this day, early December, I haven't received my test results. I called about 7 times and the receptionist told me "oh its quite strange that it's taking this long, maybe call the lab yourself?" ?!!! Ended up putting me through to the doctor who also didn't have my results and did not even know why he was speaking to me. I was charged for the phone "consultation" anyway on top of it all. No one has ever called me back as they said they would, etc. Anyway, avoid this practice, absolutely unprofessional....

Very good GP with bulk billing, detailed, family friendly doctors. Tidy, clean, bright and modern environment. Now became our family GP! Updated: Haven't been to the new management since this April.

Absolutely pointless appointment. In and out in 30 seconds. Prescribed something that is irrelevant and basically useless in treating what the doctor guesses I was dealing with. I say guessed because he did not do anything, at all to actually assess me whatsoever beside take my temperature. For all this charged $86. Grifter.
