        This place literally has the most rude and unhelpful receptionist I ever met in my life. Stay away please Also the doctors aren't good at all, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

        Today I had the worst experience by a doctor in Australia. I dont want to say his name but I wanna share a story with you. Today I had an appointment with him over the phone and when he called me he asked what is my story. I started like that: I have 45 years chronic tonsillitis. And then he interrupted me and telling Me that I cant make diagnoses as I am not a doctor. I was instantly so upset. I told him that I am not making any diagnoses but I feel like I need to explain to him about me a little bit over the phone as this is not a physical meeting. After a while I asked for refund and these people will never see me again. It is very bad when you are in pain and suffering and people s manners are that bad.
