Dr Albert Tonga

Honestly really disappointed with this doctor. Went in for a skin infection and issues with my feet. The doctor sat a meter a way, never came to me to examine either condition I was there for, and carelessly threw out potential diagnoses without having a look. Then continued to tell me neither diagnosis had a proper treatment available and what he was prescribing me wouldn't necessarily work. After googling these conditions at home I know that there are treatments available, and that this doctor is just trying to get people in and out quickly for money. As a patient I should not have to be googling my condition after I leave the doctor. The doctors job is to explain something, diagnosis it, and treat it. Additionally the doctor was 10 minutes late to the clinic, and when I was called into my appointment he still wasn't ready and said "I'm taking care of housekeeping" Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of care at this clinic from the doctor. Office staff and nurses however were fantastic as was the building itself.
