For the past two years, I have received, at monthly intervals, a rent Statement addressed to an unknown person at my GPO box no. The box no is not rented to the person named. Initially, I sent the Statements back to LH Hooker at Parap with a notice on the envelope "Not GPO Box ..... Return to sender". However, the monthly rent Statements continued to arrive. Last December, I phoned Hookers, explained the situation and asked that they cease sending the Statements to my GPO Box no. The Statements continued to arrive. Last month, I phoned Hookers and made a point of speaking to the manager and asking him to stop sending the Statements to my GPO Box no. For good measure, I also sent an email to Hookers. The Statements continued to arrive . I am at my wits end to know what to do.

Nothing but trouble with LJ Hooker. Firstly, our application was not submitted due to something wrong with our application and their failure to ring myself or my flat mate. Which resulted in us missing out on the property we desired. Secondly, after emailing a complaint only to the director (David Loy), the person I was complaining about had emailed back in response to my complaint. Thirdly, I was then sent to an inspection for a property that had already had an application accepted for it.
