I had my first experience with Clinical Labs yesterday, and it was a genuinely warm, caring and a authentic sense of feeling I felt when there. It wasn't rushed, he touched based how I was feeling before proceeding. And encouraged me to ensure the Doctor explains my results in Layman's Terms so I fully understood them. That genuine care and passion isn't around much these days in health clinics. Concern, yes, but not genuine care.

The 1* rating is for the phone services. The attendants in person are great. No issues there but theres nowhere else to give the ratings. To try get ANY information over the phone I was transferred 6 times to different areas and nobody knew anything about anything. Until I got to the last call through. Everyone was given different information and it was frankly a waste of my time just to get a little bit of information. I dont understand why the staff arent trained to know which area to directly transfer someone for which question if they cant answer the questions. That was a bit ridiculous to be waiting on hold for over an hour.
