Sitting in the office waiting room after only a few hours ago calling to request a quick service on my vehicle prior to a last minute and very unplanned road trip over the SA border tomorrow, and unwilling to breakdown on the hwy by myself.... Was told when I rang that they were booked out until end of September and were flat out today. But then the automotive-angels sent me a guy called Daniel, who has serviced my car before and after a brief Umm and Argh, he told me to come by at 12 during his lunch break and he would fit me in. So here I am, being looked after during Daniels busiest week, with the loveliest team, having my car checked out so Im safe to drive across the outback and live another day. Had a great yarn to the bird in the office who was fun! And who re-emphasised the kinda great team who work here. When I first got my car serviced here, the service team were recommended to me by a friend, and ever since I wont go anywhere else. Goes to show that good word of mouth spreads and loyalty is still a thing when you continue to receive great service. Twenty minutes later and the jobs done, Im good to go and Im feeling peace of mind. Thanks Daniel and team! Youre all worth the review!
