I walked in not having made an appointment and asked Dolly if she had any avabilities for a make up session. She had a fully booked day but put me on the wait list anyway. As it reach 4pm Dolly called to tell me there was a cancellation. She is absolutely dedicated to making sure she glams you up! She did a stunning job! Thank you so much Dolly! I came in today for henna brows and threading , however they didnt have the henna colour I wanted.They threaded my eye brows instead and it was way to skinny, and I only like my brows thick and just wanted a tidy up. The lady didnt even ask me what shape I wanted and which part do I wanted to be clean up and so I assume she knew what she was doing but they were all in a rush and very unorganised and the lady messed up my right brows and made it super thin and I wasnt happy with my brows I was so upset and tearing abit in the shop because they said no its fine even though I see it and it was thinner then ever. I never have my brows thin its always thick. The other lady tried to fix it up and said no do worry about it and she try to offer me a tint and I said no because it was already bad and I didnt want anyone to touch my brows even more, and at the end I went home crying and not satisfied and I had to pay $25 for the threading when I wasnt happy with it and didnt really give me any money off or anything. I would not come back here again and the place is unorganised and they dont greet you very well customer service need to improve !!!! Not recommended!! Service: Eyebrow threading
