Landlords Beware at first Raine and Horne will go above and beyond to get your business but once they have you, they only work for tenants and not the landlords. They do not do a final inspection report that is sent to the landlords, they do not ask permission if they can release the bond and more importantly they do not accept responsibility when something is broken and not in the same working order as before. I hope another landlord does not go through what we are currently going through Do not recommend..
