        Having the worst experience atm with them. I ordered a black colour frame glasses and somehow they made it red colour. I get it. Things happens. I was happy to wait for replacement. Week later the lady called me saying they cant make the glasses with the black frame Ive chosen. Again, Im happy to wait for it, if they need to order another frame again, but they tried to push me another colour frames completely different design. Also they made me feel like its my fault and I changed my mind of different colour frames the day I came for fitting. Its not true. Just to be clear, I havent ordered red, grey, or green frames. It supposed to be black in the first place. If you dont believe me just check on CCTV what glasses I picked up during consultation. Anyway, its not my first time at specsavers, never had any issues at all but this time is very disappointing. I hope eventually Ill get my exact glasses I have ordered.
