        Always an amazing experience here, the staff are so helpful and lovely. They take such good care of my two cats and make sure theyre always feeling safe and okay. I highly recommend the RSPCA!

        While I have loved all of the vets I have seen over the years for my dogs, I had to give one star due to the terrible customer service I received from the receptionist. I do not know her name, but whenever I spoke with her on the phone, she tarnished the reputation of the RSPCA. She constantly talked over me and never allowed me to fully voice my complaints. If she is unable to control her temper, then she should not be working at the reception.
