This place is selling expired pet food. I bought whiskas canned food with exp date 230202 and the guy at the cashier told me that it is the code and that cat food does not expire. He does not know that exp dates have different formats and sometimes the year comes first. He kept insisting it was the product code. He even said u mean to say it expired way back 2002?. I work in the food industry, this is just common sense. I just figured out this is why my cat puked 2 days ago after buying cat food from them 3 days ago. Always check expiry date. Do not trust anyone but your own eyes. Never again. Who knows if it was the same with their food and drinks? If the exp labels format was year first hed just assume its the product code?

One of the Bad and Rude service , i asked the Staff to give me Fast charging cable But it was Just UCB cable ,when i tried to Return the Manager Was really rude and refuse to return. If there is Zero Star i Will give that One. I droped that cable In The store bin ,Bcz i Don't need that one

The most disrespectful/racist service in the world coming straight from the owner himself. Do not I repeat do not ever come here. Most unhelpful service in the world and I hope that karma gets him very well.

Its a very bad experience for me as the staff was very rude to me. It was last night, 23 March,2022; 11:50 pm. I was fueling up my car and talking to my partner. All on a sudden a guy came from the side (seems like he was starting shift), he literally said in a rude voice, "Put your phone down, you can't use it while fueling ". At that point I was shocked and put it down. But I have no clue that someone can't use a phone while gettinf fuel. I respected that and finished fueling. Went to the store to pay and he was counting cash in the till. He just didnt even look at me, he just slided the eftpos machine to me. I showed him the shell rewards card and he said again in a rude way, " thats for coles express". I paid up and asked, Why can't I use phone while fueling up? He answered my question with another question, "How does a phone operate?" he continued "electro magnetic field" I said since its dangerous why don't u put a sign? He was trying to point somewhere, which is clear that they don't have any and kept saying, "its a common sense." It was enough by the time not to speak up to a rude person for his behaviour. Then I confronted him that why would u behave like this. He kept denying and didnt even apologise. Such a shame!
