Dr Nada Ahmed is the best GP I have ever had , shes extremely compassionate and takes time to listen and go that extra mile , shes a true friend , the nurse on duty is also very caring and compassionate , Im sorry I forgot her name , they dont rush you and look at you when you speak ,, as for the 10 or 15 minute wait its worth it , Ive waited up to an hour at other practices , thanks for the care

Had an appt at 4pm with Dr Nada Ahmed. I arrived 10 minutes early, no problem I waited. 25 minutes later she was STILL on the phone with no end in sight for her to end her call. Totally pathetic and inconsiderate. Do they expect a patient to wait indefinitely?? The receptionist offered to make another appointment as i was leaving. Whats the point?? Do they think I have nothing better to do than turn up for an appt day after day until I can be seen? Ridiculous. This isnt the first time this has happened.

Dr Nada Ahmed has been amazing. She has been the most thorough doctor I've had in a long time. She is very kind, caring, compassionate and professional. I'm very happy with the service from the doctor's, nurses and staff.
