        It is not possible that a post office is only open Monday to Friday 8am/5pm. This is ridiculous! , someone that has a 9to 5 job has to take half day off to pick up a packages that was supposed to be delivered and left outside the front door. Also it has been impossible to talk to someone. No one ever pick up the phone. Very disappointed by Australian Posts.

        Won't even let a household member pick up a parcel. Tried to call them directly to sort the issue, but their phone number doesn't even work, no one picks up the phone and it goes directly to the fax machine.
