I came in looking for a few items for my grandmother. Tina and Craig walked me through all items and made perfect suggestions. Helped show me how to take measurements and were absolutely splendid. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back! Thank you Tina and Craig for all your help!

Absolute disgusting and disappointing in all areas of service. Tina in customer service has to be the least professional person Ive ever dealt with. As the voice of the company there is a lot of work to be done. Out of the five appliances sourced from Fiori, FOUR have needed to be replaced in a few years. This company is money hungry, terrible with customer service and hopeless with communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY. 0/5 STARS!
