Don't waste your time with these guys. 2 separate orders for a time-critical project, and both orders were shipped incorrectly. Still awaiting refund for second order 3 months later. Ordered again through JB HiFi and arrived within 2 days.

Product worked for a week, hasn't worked since. No backup, won't return emails or calls. Wouldn't recommend motorised TV stand from this company.

As a personal experience/review I would strongly advise anyone from buying from these people. They sent a faulty item to me, refuse to help, refuse to give me my money back and when you do return it, they make no attempts to receive the item. After letting them know the return couldn't be delivered and was at the post office they said " I am too busy to pick it up sorry, not my problem". They rarely returned my emails, calls are cutoff and never attempted to call back or answer the next calls I made back. When they do speak to you they are rude and scream at you on the phone. This return has taken nearly 6 months. I will never support this business again. The process feels like a scam, they told me to return it for a refund (albeit through PayPal claim) gave me the address which I sent it to, so you think youre ok, but they dont accept it, or make effort to collect it so youve lost your money and the faulty product. This has been one of my worst buying experiences, I should have read all the similar bad reviews before buying. Luckily PayPal saw what was going on and decided in my favour and gave me a full refund after weeks of arguing it with them. Edit - The owner of the business has now emailed me threatening legal action for me spreading negative feedback on social media. Again, the purpose of this review is to advise anyone out there of the horrendous buying experience I had. Businesses that act in the above manor to its customers need to be fairly reviewed and not threatened.
